Absolutely. We offer sample orders of 1-2 pieces so you can evaluate quality, materials, and workmanship before committing. Sample lead time is 7-10 days, and the sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order.

OEM means we manufacture to your exact specifications — your design, your materials, your branding. ODM means we take our existing designs and customize them for you — your logo, colors, and packaging on proven products. Both are fully supported.

Logo (embroidery, printing, PVC patches), colors, materials, hardware, packaging, labels, and even design tweaks to existing models. For full custom designs, our engineering team will review your drawings or samples and produce prototypes.

Logo setup (embroidery digitization or print plates) typically has a small one-time fee, or is free for orders above certain quantities. We'll include all costs transparently in your quotation — no hidden charges.

Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per variant for bulk orders. Sample orders have no MOQ. For new partnerships, we can discuss flexible starting quantities on selected models.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal for samples and small orders, and L/C for large orders. For first orders, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due before shipment.

Prices are factory-direct (EXW or FOB Xiamen). Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, and delivery method — we'll provide shipping quotes for air, sea, or express delivery and can arrange door-to-door service (DDP) on request.

We follow a multi-stage QC process: incoming material inspection, in-line inspection during production, final random inspection (AQL) before packing, and photo/video reports sent to you for approval before shipment.

Samples take 7-10 days. Bulk production typically takes 25-45 days depending on quantity and customization level. We provide a clear production schedule with your order confirmation.

Yes. We provide production progress photos and pre-shipment inspection videos for all bulk orders, so you can monitor quality in real time.

Three options: sea freight (most economical for large orders), air freight (balance of speed and cost), and express courier DHL/FedEx/UPS (fastest for samples and small parcels). We recommend the best option for your order size and deadline.

Express: 3-7 days. Air freight: 7-15 days. Sea freight: 20-40 days depending on destination port. We'll provide accurate transit estimates with your quotation.

Yes. We provide complete export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill, and certificates of origin. For DDP shipments, we handle customs clearance and door delivery.
